As Atlantic Canada’s largest industrial centre and New Brunswick’s Energy Hub, hydrogen represents an important energy source for the region’s energy transition and an exciting opportunity to grow a new export industry. Already one of the largest producers and users of grey hydrogen in Canada, the Saint John region has the land, services, infrastructure and domestic off-take market opportunity to lead the development of the hydrogen sector in Atlantic Canada.
