Indigenous Treaty Partners

The Partners offer a robust Indigenous cultural awareness training program for Board of Directors, Corporate Directors, Management, and General staff. These training programs are flexible and can be delivered online or in-person. The Indigenous Treaty Partner (ITP) Program meets each individual where they are at in the journey of reconciliation and brings them to a point they feel comfortable acting as an ally to their Indigenous neighbors. The Partners believe that mutual understanding is the bedrock of positive working relationships. This Program shares knowledge and insight into what it means to be Indigenous in Canada and how businesses can be better allies.
